Yes, the colours really "pop" don't they.
    Any more puns?

Really like the smoothness of the Orc's skin, highlighting much further?

Certainly a piece I look forward to seeing completed.

Archway is coming along nicely too

I like the archway! The texture of the cork really works for it.
That Orc shaman is one of my favorites, nice to see it painted so well.

    Re: Andy T's WHQ Dungeon

Thanks for the comments guys. With regards to the Orc Shaman the skin is knarloc base with pure camo green as a highlight. I then gave it two heavy washes (undiluted) of Thraka green beofre rehighliting with camo green and glazing (watery wash) of Thraka green. Might try some fine edge highlighting at the end.
I thought about making some cork jokes...... but bottled it.
Think I've got enough now to do some larger scale pictures now of the dungeon as a whole, will post soon.
Not sure what to do next, options are:
More dungeon tiles (try some original stuff that isnt in the original tile set)
    A different objective room
    More Monster table mini's
    More Heroes.
I plan on doing all the above, just not sure in what order!
    Thoughts?

Also, I found this, which thought you fellow adventurers might like.... it's a free 3D dungeon! http://www.germy.co.uk/fprpg.htm and http://www.stones-edges.com/freesamples

I like the rogue and the Shaman. Very nicely done.

The free 3D dungeon looks great too - great find!

    Cheers Purplebeard!
Had a go at some full dungeon pics.... wasn't too successful with the lighting but you get the idea!

Gosh that looks good all laid out. The stains and details really have added to the overall effect. Was that a game in session or fun setup?

    Re: Andy T's WHQ Dungeon

Was just for fun.... hoping to get a game in soonish but the lad I normally play with works away so I'm trying to get some lads at work into it

Whatever you are inspired to paint ... you will crack on faster.

Dungeon looks great all set up there ... and the doors, that looked slightly dodgy, also look great in context ... well done.

It's all looking great! I see all these whq logs popping up, and it's a reminder I need to do something about my own.

What do you think? 1st time I've ever done any 'greenstuffing' besides basic gap filling, and think I might try and give the big guy a sword and shield (gw minotaur sprue) too.

That layout looks great, I'd love a game on that board! I only wish I had the time to make a 3D board for 'Quest myself...

I really like the job you did with that ogre... who makes that mini? I don't recognize it. Good way to get some variety into the physiques of a bunch of ogres as well. Nice work! I'd say you've graduated from green stuff 101!

    It's from Reaper's "Bones" range, I believe. Only a couple dollars too ;
