Orcs could be rock or metal
Daemons could be glam rock
High Elves I would go with opera music (preferably some with loads of tragedy and melancholy in it)
Vampires, something 'Goth' obviously. Michael Jackson's Thriller?
Any thoughts? Specific songs = even better

The Empire and specifically Warrior Priests of Sigmar would get the theme song Unknown Soldier - Breaking Benjamin (which I would give to the IG in 40k too).
Start the song, mute the video (duh) and watch it. Actually the video is a bit shorter than the song and it's not the best fit, but whatever...

Oh... and if the Dark Elves should have any song dedicated to them (though again, I believe it fits more clearly with the Dark Eldar) it's this one.

I get the sense you might mean power metal, that's the music that's always about deamons and dragons.

Whenever I see dwarves march into battle I'm always humming "Heigh-Ho" from Snow White
As for Woodelves... tbh they are the *least* likely to have "sounds of nature" playing; I would have to say prog rock for outside of battle (e.g. "Pink Floyd - Julia's Dream") and then once they are on the rampage Mutter by Rammstein or something else terrifying :P
As for high Elves... "Prelude: song of the gulls by King Crimson"; its pretention in a song!
And Skaven... anyone else thinking Gremlins Theme song

If you don't think "Sounds of nature can be scary get lost in the woods. Then stay there at night. make them the woods from the tales from the dark side intro. Open your mind to more music than rock.
Actually I find the sounds very relaxing when I stay in my mate's woodland
