I doubt it would come out quite like that. The Lorgar we saw in Aurelian wasn't some arch-villain manipulator, and he still seemed to care for his brothers. In Butcher's Nails he seemed more shocked than delighted at warning of Angron becoming Khorne's chosen.
While he might lead his brother there, I think it would be more a case of enlightening him than betraying him. That's my feeling anyway.

The events of Signus Prime happen around about the same time as Calth IIRC. Betrayer starts at the aftermaft of Istvaan III (AD-B posted the Prologue on his blog if anyone wants a source for that) to whenever. Considering Butcher's Nails is also set around the time of The Battle of Calth, and Betrayer is mostly about the events after that audio-drama, I'd say actually it is highly likely that Blood Angels will appear in the book.
I would think Signus Prime is a bit before that myself: Calth is supposed to take place 1 year after Isstvan, and Signus happens around the same time as Isstvan. Fear to Tread certainly ends after Know No Fear, but I think it starts a good while before. After all, Know No Fear itself covers a very short span of time, only a matter of days (well, if you don't count the epilogue). Betrayer is after Butcher's Nails, which is at the same time as or shortly before Know No Fear.
So I'd think it goes: Fear to Tread (start) - Butcher's Nails - Know No Fear - Fear to Tread (end) - Betrayer.

I got the impression they lost a large amount of time during the warp storm at the end. It easily could be two years into the heresy as well when they arrived at Ultramar.
