When talking about the Hall of Fame, a big one (maybe less detailed) to count for all AoDs held here and write in the winners would be great, it would give an extra point to winning things like the Obsidian Pigeon and the Monster Mash.

On the topic of a larger hall of fame, I had an idea where it would be expanded to covering the people that run them to. Kind of a 'how many tournaments have you run' and 'how many have you completed'. This would push people to run more events and to finish them.


I'll decide by the end of the week if I'm bringing back the Doubles Tournament or not...

I was thinking about the AOD generally recently and i think i know why the AOD isn't as popular as it once was.

I reckon 8th killed it.

Because everyone has access to more or less all the same magic items, its just a matter of picking the strongest base character, and then applying the same magic items to them. Every time they bring out a new fantasy army book it gets worse.

What do people think to the idea of writing up some race specific magic items just for the arenas (usable at the discretion of the tourny org)?

Is there any way of posting up as a sticky the previous edition magic item lists for the books which have been updated since 8th Ed.? Or something along those lines.
