    Mangler squigs 2.0

    Hi again!!
after some time not showing around, I return with my second version of the mangler squigs... I know GW has its own version available to buy for 50€  , but I needed to empty my head of how I imagined the squigs before the official ones popped out.
    So here they go:

Or watch the makin-of in my Flickr page:

Definitely better than the official model. Excellent conversion, and the painting is ace as well !!

It's a bit odd that the scale-part on the one are seperated from the scaleless-part by the chain. Otherwise, great model! If you also buy GW's model, you'll have two!

Ok... you are right!!! It is something I had not noticed. But it is somehow accidental because the scales were done before the chains... maybe putting a couple of smaller scales before the chain would help.
On the other hand maybe the chain just adapted to the squigs morphology and just stopped where the scales were.

Those are some excellent mangler squigs! I will have to steal your ingenious plans for my own! I take it they are sculpted?

Great Mangler Squigs! The only thing that lets down the impression of violent movement is the Night Gobbo on top of one of the squigs, who is standing with very flat feet on the creature.

I also noticed that, but my available goblins were limited... at least y modelled the tip of hat to be directed backwards...
