    I don't play marines but I don't think mixing las/plas cannons in the devestators is a great idea, I don't think they need the whole squad of 10 because marines are tough anyway, I think 2 extra guys would be enough to keep the heavy weapons safe.

    I also don't think the Captain will be that useful, could you give him a jump pack or something to go with the assault marines?
    A thousand pigeons, each with a two ounce explosive capsule, landed at intervals on a specific target might be a seriously inconvenient surprise.

    I agree with Scibadi, your devs are too expensive and too many. Stick wit h5 man and then bet on one type of weapon. If you chose other than ML or HB only get 3 and let the remaining 2 marines be ablative. Otherwise go for 4 ML or HB.

    Instead of a captain, I suggest you ad a jump pack chaplain and have him join your assault squad. Re-rolls in first round when you charge greatly improves survivability. 2 flamers would also do you good.
