Hi everyone !
I started Blood Bowl not so long ago, and I find that GW minis for BB look a bit old and, for some, ugly. I just want to know if you know others web-seller of BB mini.

Don't forget about the sexy ladies at

I love their Elf, Nun, and Dwarfette teams especially - sadly, their Wicked Elves are uniformly ugly.
Google Neomics. Their Orc team is fantastic.
The Human and Dwarf teams at Black Scorpion are also really good value for money. the humans could also double as high elves the more i look at them

www.HeresyMiniatures.com have a few individual fantasy football miniatures.
Fund Zomblogalypse, Now!
I am thinking about using regular WFB for my Bloodbowl team? Any opinions?
I used a night goblins boxed set to make a nice Gobbo team. A lot of conversion was needed to get the right results (throwing hands etc) but I think it looks far better than the normal Gobbo team.
Depends on the team. Beastmen for example are perfect for it, while Chaos warriors need a lot of work (the poses are static and the robes just don't look bloodbowl to me). Chosen of chaos would be a much nicer model to convert for blood bowl, even though they're metal.
Goblins are pretty easy to convert, and the new troll models are purdy. I don't think the current night goblins are that great - same with skaven. Both of those are too monopose IMO to look properly blood bowl.
Dark elves can be done from Corsairs, particularly when you have cold one knight body bits to mix in for blitzers. Assassins and witch elves can use the fantasy models with minimal adaptation.
Orcs work well....I'd say 40k orks actually have more appropriate models if you remove bullets and stuff. There's some brilliant orc converted teams around if you poke around.
Slayers work for dwarfs with weapon snips, but the rank and file troops are great for blood bowl.
Humans don't really have appropriate models, and the blood bowl humans are beautiful already.
White lions might be a good base for a high elf team. You'd need different arms, but there's definite potential in those poses.
Lizardmen are easy conversions to blood bowl.
So overall...it depends on the team and how much work you'll put into it.
Any ideas on what I can do for throwing arms? I guess I could cut whatever weapon it is then try to greenstuff a football.
It would be helpful if you could narrow it down to which team you're trying to convert for

Lizardmen for the moment. I think the regular GW Kroxigor is too big though to use in a game of blood bowl atleast compared to the actual BB model.
