Wow the new Imperial attack aircraft is lovely, looks like it would sit well with a thunderbolt though its clearly a very different design.
I'm also loving the Land Raider Spartan, probably the first ever LR model I really like. It looks mean.

Was hoping to pick up Moloc and Enkomi today, sold out by the time I got to the front of the que still, saw some interesting marine bits... land raider Spartan!

I am half disappointed there's no sign of a Warlord Titan, but the new plane and Spartan make up for this, since those, I can actually one day afford.

That IG plane is fantastic, great idea and sculpting, but I have to know....

The bomber looks ace. Have there been any sightings of further chaos models beside the decimator? Or maybe some hints to what we might see in the future.

Couple of points so far:

1. Storm Eagle looks gooooooood, but rules look like it is just a fan service to let non-BA/GK players have a Storm Raven - pretty much only difference I can see is +25 points for +10 capacity, no Skies of Blood (or Bloodstrike missiles - God, it even irritates me to TYPE all these crappy bloodbloodblood names).
2. I haven't read Turkuman or whatever it's called, but are Infernal Guard the ONLY chaos dwarf infantry? I was hoping to see some standard troops on here, but no, still only infernals.
3. IG planes also looking nice
4. Love the DE catamarans - wondering how I could kroot them up for a counts as list...
5. What the hell is the Preyton? I thought it was the sculptors name first time I looked! Not an impressive name, but I like the weird stag mutation thing it has going on. Fits with the new amber wizards for Empire...
6. Spartans are pretty nice, like a WWII-ified version of a Land Raider.

imperial armour 12 is no longer on a prison planet. Will now be minators vs neurons! probable new marks of termie armour (not confirmed). warlord is not being worked on at this time. New fantasy is mainly monsters and engines. imperial armour 11s special space marine character has been put on hold... low priority.

Bought a Storm Raven in Maelstrom sale, debating whether to get CHS Tru-Scale kit. Would wait for a Storm Eagle conversion kit instead though...

Its a whole kit and included plastic Storm Raven. Fuselage top, ramp, cockpit and outer wing panels are SR sourced. Engines use resin centres (with inner wings) and plastic SR intakes and exhausts. Rules (from memory) Armour 12/12/12 (yes 12 rear) 20 troop capacity, weaponry quite similar to SR for nose, TL lascannos on wings, hellstrike missles, missile launcher pods were I think 2 S5 AP5 large blast.

Only IA!2 stuff on show I saw was the Minotaurs. Si Egan has some artwork sections for this (Minotaurs) including character Contemptor Dread.

What i was getting at was in the future are they considering releasing it as an upgrade kit (like a lot of the eldar stuff which is available as both complete and upgrade)

That's good, I know I was told the initial batch were only being offered as whole models. To be fair for a relatively small outlay your could either source the bits needed from a bits company or alternatively by the bits you use in the SE to make up a Storm Raven. There must be a lot of bits left on the SR sprues when you build this model.
