Does that mean it is only available at the show?

    I hate limited edition models.

Yeah but Ebay is your friend in these cases. *Hugs his runtbot*

Available at all shows that Forgeworld attend for the next year, I feel you pain.

I way I see it on eBay is, paying that much extra is what I would've spent on fuel and food for the day. Feels justified

And lastly concept art of a Chaos Dwarf Bull Centaur

The current models are being done but the designer is not happy with how they look at the moment which is why they were not on display today.

Also took a photo of this artwork but i don't know what is tustling with the stegadon, can anyone enlighten?

The giant squig is a pretty shoddy sculpting job to be honest. Definitely could've used another round of polishing.

From the front it look s a bit odd but when seeing it for real and especially from the side it looks a lot better. Some things look a lot better when viewed in 3 dimensions.

A case point being the basilisk model, it look s a bit uninspiring from the photography on the FW website but when it's in your hand its a fantastic sculpt, you simply cant appreciate the arrangement of the legs and the whole aspect of the model from the photographs unfortunately.

    Cheers Slaaaaaanesh for the snappies!

The artwork looks just as fantastic as in Tamurkhan and the close ups of the Fireborn are much appreciated.

Shame that the designer wasn't happy with his Bull Centaur but judging from the artwork I think I can wait for the finished sculpted.

    WOW! thanks for the pics!

    Love the colossal squig!

The Preyton looks cool, but still on the fence.

The fireborn are cool, but not what I had expected/wanted. I had thought that they would be more like magma minotaurs, and less like flaming Knights who say NIIII!! I still like them though, just have to adjust my mind to the new design.

The K'daai destroyer still looks a bit like a giant bull like creature, which makes me happy.

It's also good to see some of these things next to other models, like the basilisk, and the toads.

Oh gods. Once you see it, you can't unsee it.

FWIW, I was there too, but beyond a few snaps of the more amusing aspects of the display boards (The snowman on the Eldar/Imperial Guard board, the goldfish and bloody urinal on the Zone Mortalis board) I barely got anything done. The scrum was a bit much for me. I did snag myself a copy of Mostrous Arcanum, though. My Event Skinwolf is in the post, because despite getting there at 09:15, they were still sold out by the time I got to the front of the queue.

I'll be honest, I prefered the layout last year. The inward facing corners meant that everyone bunched around the cases, making them a hell of a lot harder to see. Still, it was a fun day out.

But in the previous pic with the stegadon, it looks like elves, behind the "thing".

agreed, but since this is from monstrous arcanum and not some list/campaign book, maybe the pic shows some sort of elf "rooster fight"

The K'daai are now able to be bound by scolls of binding, so i think any army can use one, the artowkr isn't in tamurkhan so must be in monstrous acranum.

Thanks for the pics guys, FW sure are making some great stuff for fantasy, and their take on Chaos Dwarves is amazing, can't wait to see the K'daai Destroyer as a sculpt, expecially if they stick to this contorted bull-demon-humanoid look in the artwork.
