Necron 500- 750 point army lists, constructive criticism welcome

40K Army: Necrons

Hi, I've just got the new necron codex and have enver played necrons before, The army is in the planing stages on what miniatures to get, but I was thinking of starting with a battleforce and annihilation barge set. Please could you give some feed back on the following lists.
Army 1: 500 points
Overlord, phaeron, warsythe, phylactery, mindshackle scarabs
10 warriors
10 warriors
annihilation barge
Or
Army 2:500 points
Overlord, phareron, mindshackle scarabs
10 warriors
10 warriors, ghost arc
The tactic for the second army is to have one unit whizz around in the ghost arc and hurt enemy units without much damage, getting into rapid fire range, while the overlord advances with the other squad, laying down constant fire due to the relentless special rule. The mindshackle scarabs are to reduce the number of incoming attacks should the overlords unit be charged

Army 3: 750 points
Overlord, phaeron, midshackle scarabs
9 necron warrriors, ghost arc, cryptek
9 necron warriors
5 Canoptec scarab bases
5 Immortals
annihilation barge
In this army the overlord again advances with the warriors on foot, whie the warriors and cryptec in the ghost arc try to get close and deal some damage faser, the scarabs are anti-tank and to just annoy the opponent/tie up some units, and I-m not sure what to give the immortals, tesla or gauss. The annihilationbarge will hopefully get into range and cause lots of damage.

Any advice about these lists/playing necrons in general would be great, Thanks.

Personally I'd build the barge as a command barge. I annihilation barge isn't great on it's own, but an overlord in command barge can really control the game at low points.

Main reason I didn't think to do that was that I'm not too sure how to use the comand barge, any tips would be appreciated.
