    The Defenders of Terra

So ive started a pre heresy Imperial Fists army, under the command of Captain Riekhart, commander of the 29th company.
I always wanted to do an army of yellow marines but the yellow always seemed to be a problems, after years of trying to get it right with GW paints, i changed to Vallejo Game Colour and got the yellow that i wanted.

so here is the start i'll try to get as many updates as i can.

Captain Riekhart, he will be a counts as Kantor, so i'll be putting a storm bolter inplace of the plasma pistol.

and the start of the fire support

    all C&C welcome

I really like the yellow you've got going on here: the contrast with the black makes for a very sharp contrast. Are you planning to weather them up a bit?

Whoa, excellent! (*air guitar*) The Contemptor looks great, but I fink it needz more dakka. The Captain model also looks cool, hitting people over the head with his giant pimpslap. Remember, though, that preHeresy Marines used combi-bolters, rather than stormbolters.

yeah but its hard to find a good twin linked bolter for pre heresy, so might just have to stick with a storm bolter for now

That dreadnought is looking cool. I like the strenth and shade of the yellow as well as the detail on his knee.
