How do chaps and chappettes. I am bad monkey and I am a very slowy builder, I have been hobbying for almost 20 years now...man that makes me feel old, and have only ever completed 1 army. I also find getting the motivation to start painting quite hard to find. So I intend to use this as a bit of a boot up the **** to get an army done to a standard I'm happy with.

So onto the toys, I'm goin for table top quality and not decided yet how to base them.

First up the first 3 chosen, 1 icon 1 asp champ and a plasma gun.

As you can see I'm not goin to be winning any golden demons, but after a break of about 4 years I think they look ok. Sorry the pics ain't the best, off an iPhone. They still need highlighted and based. Suggestions for basing would be appreciated, as well as any c+c. I plan to update this weekly, but we got a baby on the way so it might not always be possible.

If this is from after a 4 year break, you deserve a big pat on the back. I didn't paint anything this last summer and I could barely remember how to hold a brush when it came time to paint.

As you can see still wip. Still trying to work out what way I'm goin to base them, I may just go for the good old fashioned woodland bases with bits of dead elder.

Been a long time folks, been busy preparing for the pitter patter of tiny feet so not had much time to paint toys.

Just realised its been over a year since I posted on this...man that's poor, anyhow, first squad of intergalactic space perverts is complete...ish just needs based and highlighted.



Plan to get the 2nd squad done in about a week, I'm also working on hero quest at the minute. So much easier to focus when you have more than one project going. I'll set up another plog for the gw stuff once I'm happy with what Iv done.
