40K Army: Daemonhunters

I wanted to play an non typical List for the upcomming tournament, this is what I came up with.

Ordo Malius Inq, Terminator Armor, Psi Cannon, Psy Communion, 3 Servo Skulls, 119pts
Ordo Malius Inq, Terminator Armor, Psi Cannon, Psy Communion, 110pts

1 5 man Strike Squad, Psi Cannon (Inquisitors Go Here) 110pts

3 10 Man Strike Squads, 2 Psi Cannons, Hammer, Psi ammo, 750pts

1 Dread Knights, Heavy Incenerator. 160pts

2 Dreadnaughts, 2 Twin Linked Auto Cannons, Psi Ammo 270pts

total 1,519pts 9KP

This is a reserve/Deep striking list. The 5 man squad and Inquisistors try to hide turn one until the majority for my force can come down. Then Walk to and hold a near objective.

Apart from removing 2 Hammers from the 10 man Strike Squads I don't know what to do about finding 19pts in the list. Would also love comments on what you think about the list in general.

now i dont know this army but as a guesstimate from what i was thinking whats with the skulls thats 9 and then dreads can swith out a Autocannon even for assult cannon does the psy ammo still work for it? but on a pts basis thats all i can think of in a read

You could drop two knights from one strike squad, then add a Psycannon to each of the other two units of 10, splitting into combat squads if needed, to give you 2 statice fire bases to start with or deepstrike in as well.

this way you could also split your Inquisitors "just in case", S**t happens...

Only a thought.

I think that puts you in at 1,499..... (dont have my book)

The strike squads don't really need psycannons all that much, and neither do the inquisitors I think. I would also consider taking away the inquisitor terminator armor. Now I know psycannons are dirt cheap, so really it's just what you want to be keeping. The hammers also could be taken out, seeing as they're kinda expensive for those guys and halberds are kinda better.

I don't see a lot of GK players at 1500 pts though for some reason, seems a bit of a weird point level for them

I disagree with him about the psycannons. they are THE best antitank in the game statistically. And if your inquisitors have termi armor, then they can deepstrike too. cant remember if they have to be on the feild to use their psychic communion though...
