Can a Malleus Inq have a psy power and Termie Armor w hammer?

Friend of mine told me that my Inquisitor is illegal. He have psy communion and terminator armor w hammer + Psi cannon. According to friend the psy communion means I have to have a force sword and can not have a hammer. Is this true?

If so what is the point of getting a Nemisis Hammer in the first place? If you are not a Psyker you cant activate it anyway....

This is from the GK errata:
Page 87 – Ordo Malleus, Hereticus and Xenos
Inquisitors, Options, last bullet point
Change to “[...]psychic power. He may exchange any
one weapon for a force sword[...]”
It is now changed to may, so no longer a necessary to swap.
And a nemesis hammer is still a thunderhammer, even if your not a psyker.
