I want to mak a 500-750pts pre heresy space marine chapter within 3 months. I am not sure though wich? Is there any interesting old chapters that look good with the FW Iron armour and Deimos pattern predator?

im working on pre heresy emperor's children, i think they look awesome in warlock purple and gold, but mark 3 armour i say iron warriors or imperial fists, go for a siege armylist maybe?
Are you meaning Legions, rather than chapter?
Just look up the space marine first founding, decide which legions pre heresy colour scheme you like the best and/or background appeals.
Are there any horus heresy books you've been reading? Any particular characters or events stick out at you? This might make the process easier.
As for the Deimos predator, that should look fine next to any pre heresy legion. Likewise, any of the FW early armour marks (bar the beekee mk vi) would looked great too... but I reckon mk iii would work particularly well with legions known for siege, attrition or close in boarding actions, due to looking bulkier. So iron warriors, death guard and imperial fists would all look quite good with lots of mk iii. But don't feel the need to stick to the one type - mix it up.
there are no pre heresy chapters, back then they were legions. so either go with a loyal legion or just mix in some of the old armour with a normal chapter. especially as an all forgeworld army gets really expensive.
"six shots."

I got money thats no problem. I will also sell some stuff laying around for extra fine pieces.
I noticed Alpha Legion possibly still are loyal? You learn something new every day.
So stuck at: Ultramarines and Sons of Horus. Maybe even deleted legion.

The 617th@: I found it on a warhammer wiki about the first foundings.
Well I made up an own chapter. It's 21st founding. I did not find any good pre heresy legion.
But I read that they went missing and no one knows what happened. And in the 40K universe everything is possible.

Making up your own chapter is perfect fine, off course.
However, the first founding legions are special. They were only 20, and we KNOW who 18 of those were, 2 we don´t. In the beginning, GW intended for these two to be chapters you create yourself, but as the fluff was fleshed out they instead went AWOL - big time. Now the Horus Heresy books are giving vague hints to what happened to them. I´ve had this debate with others as well and basically, creating a chapter from any founding where the entire founding is not known is perfectly fine. Creating an additional 2nd founding Chapter, creating a Space Wolves successor etc., etc. is not fine. That is, it´s always your hobby and you´re free to do what you like, but by trying to create either the 2nd or 11th Legion you will get plenty of roll-eyes and side-way glances because there is zero indication that any of them exist to the point where you could base a heresy-era legion on them.
*edit: just wanted to add one thing; if by "pre-heresy" you actually mean heresy era after Horus turned and the subsequent fighting between the various legions then the two unknown legions are completely out of the picture as we KNOW that only 18 legions participated in the fighting.

21st founding was the cursed founding. Plenty of background concerning those chapters.
Foundings more often than not were several chapters rather than one.
I took Imperial fists! I made an small purchase list and army list at the 40K armylist section. The own chapter things wasn't as I planned. I wanted pre heresy.
I mean a little while before Horus started the war. the MK III were in use at that time and during the heresy. At least more commonly.

Lovely choice, IF rock! However, I think quite a few legions rocked - plus some color schemes were much cooler than their successor's (Space wolves, Sons of Horus) IMO.
Imperial Fists when done right have one of THE very best looking armors in the game. Nice one!
If you're doing heresy-era Imperial Fists, might I suggest looking up Forgeworld for the Contemptor Dreadnought. Even if you never use the FW rules, they are awesome model and can easily stand in for the classic box, and have that very old feel to them.
