I have a unit of assault marinres with liighting cllaws van i put a librarian with them and give hom termi.armour and claws

Maybe i shpild just make ot a sanguinary priest to go with them.

Read the codex option for the Librarian. He can have terminator armour, but can't take claws.
Also, please check spelling before posting.

Third, in a unit of assault marines, only the sergeant can carry lightning claws. Are you referring to Vanguard Veterans?

Magic hat has it in bag on this.
What unit type... Assault or vanguard.
Vanguard, all can take claws, assault is sgt only.
Librarian cannot have claws, and can take jump pack, t armour, bike etc.
Sang priest can also not have claws.

Firstly you need to decide what will work better, priest or librarian.
Both ic, one need to pass psych test, other is constant bubble.
Priest is good for bubble effect, and librarian is good for powers.
Tbh, I go honour guard, w priest, jump packs, and run him there as he is not ic when bought in honour guard.
That way you can keep elites free.

For the cost of the librarian, plus 15 pts, you can take a honour guard squad, which is better than forking out 50 points for the priest if your into assault spam.
2 honour guard squads w j packs, 6 assault w j packs, 2 reclusiarchs, w j packs, 3 chaplains w j packs.... I have a list like that for a Sunday match, but w gab Seth, 1 honour guard w j packs, 8 dc in rhino, reclusiarch, 3 jpack chaplain, 3 assault squads w jpacks, and a whirlwind.
2 hq, both in dc, in rhino.
4 troops, dc in rhino, 3 assault w packs.
1 honour guard to fnp bubble the assault squads.
3 chaplains to make assault fearless.
And whirlwind to soften up.
It's orks vs Ba, so I don't worry too much.
