    Question Detachment Watchtower

Now this might be more clear cut than the steadfast question but here it is:

If you have a detachment of 20 (lets say swordmen) can they start in the watchtower?

They are a core unit of 20 or less, but then again the detachment rules say they have to be deployed at the same time as the parent unit which is impossible.

Sample argumement can be made for if a parent unit can be deployed in the watchtower.

    Thoughts?

I'd say no to both. You have to follow the 3" rule.
