Is Each Space Marine Company Master's Title Known

Specifically those of the Dark Angels? I have WIP army and got to thinking about
how some generic masters names like "of The Fleet" or "of The Recruits." The DA have
one called "of The Unseen Ceremony." So are there official ones or is it left to us to
    make up ourselves?

Re: Is Each Space Marine Company Master's Title Known

Well the generic ones which all Chapters have are (Apocalypse, pg.118):

Master of the Watch (2nd Company)
Master of the Arsenal (3rd Company)
Master of the Fleet (4th Company)
    Master of Recruits (10th Company)

    with Chapter-specific variants such as:

Lord of the Angelic Host (Blood Angels' Master of the Fleet)
Father of the Unblooded (Space Wolves' Master of Recruits)

The Dark Angels have at least two others (Codex: Dark Angels (4th ed.), pg.36):

    Guardian of the Inner Sanctum
    Master of the Unseen Ceremony

@ Lord Damocles: The Space Wolf 'Father of the Unblooded' doesn't seem to tally with the other background about the chapter. Their recruitment is done 'in-company', each company looking after its own affairs for the most part and the Wolf Priests handling the rest.
Based on Prospero Burns and Battle of the Fang, the wolf lords seem to rotate the task of looking after the Fang between them but each one has his own chunk of the fleet.

Each standard Company Captain would also be knocking around with their own Company's Strike Cruiser and associated escorts, but all Chapters have a Master of the Fleet.

The Masters needn't (indeed couldn't) spend all of their time looking after their respective extra duties. There's no reason why the Space Wolves' Master of Recruits necessarily need spend all their time overseeing Blood Claws. It might just be that they do the bulk of the paperwork related to the intake of new initiates, and make a point of overseeing blood trials (or the equivalent) whenever they're on Fenris.

Similarly, we know that, say, Sicarius is Master of the Watch (Codex: Space Marines (5th ed.), pg.85) and he doesn't seem to spend a great deal of time on Macragge looking after the Chaper fortress directly.

Regardless, we're told that the Space Wolves' have a Master of Recruits, and that he does much the same as what all other Masters of Recruits do. So they do, and he does.

Good idea. According to Lexicanum it's:

    Master of the Shield (2nd)
    Master of the Line (3rd)
    Master of the Charge (4th)
    Master of the Watch (6th)
    Master of the Gates (7th)
    Master of Blades (8th)
    Master of Siege (9th)
    Master of Shadows (10th)

I tend to think about the titles as Honorifics - while they do have duties, they're largely ceremonial rather than day-to-day. A modern equivalent might be Royal titles, like the Earl of Wessex, or the Duke of Edinburgh. They will attend appropriate events, but get to live the rest of their lives elsewhere, doing other things.

The Marines have titles, but often the responsabilities are delegated to others, such as Ventris and the Master of the Fleet.

So Company Master (insert name here) of a chapter has command of a ship? Is this for all or just ones that are fleet based/have large fleets.

Depends on the chapter... The idea seems to be that each company have the option of independent inter-stellar transport (much good that it will do them) but then you also have things like Battle Barges that transport multiple companies so who knows. As with everything else there are no hard and fast rules and basically it's up to you to decide.
