    Tzeench WoC questions.

Hey guys so for my mono tzeench army i am thinking about including some monsters in my WoC army but I just wondered back ground wise which monsters would be classed as tzeenchy? Also would a host of a tzeench champion draw monsters to them? and my 2 final question are all tzeench champions gifted with some kind of magical ability and is the chaos armour of tzeench followers a certain colour?

Blue and yellow/gold are considered traditional "Tzeentch-y" colours but given that he is the god of change and hope and that sort of thing then let your imagination run riot - you could have white, or tie-dye, or whatever you pleased. The same with monsters - as a patron of mutation I would imagine Tzeentch would be in favour of all unnatural magical creatures. He might be particularly in favour of things like the Jabberslythe and for some reason I think the Cockatrice would be appropriate - of course daemons are also all to the good.

    Any and all and none.
You got god specific demons, but the monsters are all pretty generic in that sense. They have their own ecologies and any individual monster could be found serving any Chaos champion(or anyone else) that can compel it to obey.

Depends on the Champion and his goals. If he is "just" a warlord in the Wastes then I'm sure he would be delighted to have any forces he could gather under his banner. If he is running an underground cult in the Empire he might be a little more careful with what he keeps around.

Nope. Some are,it might even be common, but you can equally well find Tzeentch followers who have no magical ability what so ever.

Nope. There are some colours that are more associated with various gods, gold and blue seems to be associated with Tzeentch (I blame the Thousand Sons personally), but pink should be in there too(pink horrors).

Essentially, there are no rules for any of this. There are trends, but essentially it all comes down to personal preferences and circumstances, ambitions and possibilities. Basically, do whatever you please.

Silver is also a colour associated with Tzeentch, maybe with a slight blue touch.
On the monsters, Chaos Dragons are very fitting because Galrauch is considered their sire (and he's possessed by a Lord of Change). The Cockatrice obviously, he is very bird-like and chaotic so it would fit quite well. In general, beasts associated with birds or fire are fitting, but as Athelassan said basically everything's possible.

On the magic issue: In Hordes of Chaos it was like that, every Champion of Tzeentch automatically became a wizard as well, Sorcerers couldn't get the Mark of Tzeentch back then. Nowadays it's different, a majority of casters still seems appropriate but not necessary. It is perfectly fine for a Chaos Lord to lead a Tzeentch Warhost and the BSB will likely have no magical abilities either. You can one of them give the Book of Secrets, though!
Look upon us and Despair, for we are the End, the Decay of all things, the horror of rot and the blessing of plague.

You could paint your warriors in bright metal and glaze with the new Guillman Blue, saw it in the latest White Dwarf, looked awesome!
