I would never do multi-melta + melta. NEVER. Unless the enemy derps right into 6" range, you'll never be firing two 2d6 pen shots. You'll either have to move and negate the multi-melta, or you'll have to stay stationary and fire the regular melta outside 12" which isn't too useful against anything better than a rhino. That is, unless the enemy derps into 6" range by himself, which either means he's throwing something at you that's gonna kill you, or he's just derpy in which case you don't need an optimal list to beat him.

I wouldn't mind multi-melta + flamer + combi-flamer because then you have two "modes" so to speak -- ranged static anti-tank and close-up mobile anti-troop. Both are useful, because when the enemy isn't de-meched you don't want your girls out of their transport anyway, the safest thing is to take pot shots from your rhino hatches, and when the enemy IS de-meched you want to rush him and set him on fire.

Repentias should be good in cc against tanks. A bigger unit 5-7 + mistress should be able to annihilate a Land raider.

As long as your opponent is kind enough to put the Land Raider closer to the Repentias than any of his other units.
