All right I got a stupid idea for a stupid aggressive Eldar list that sounds like fun to me.40K Army: Eldar
This is not meant to win at all, just to do something categorically not Eldar for kicks and giggles

Now the strategy, both yriel and the council are in one wave serpent. If Eldar gets first turn deploy the three serpents together and the falcons on the wings or together as far away from the serpents as possible.
You immediately move flat out towards the closest/largest concentration of enemy units and move with star engines which gives you 36" of movements which should hopefully be enough to get your units within shooting/assault range next turn.
Falcons hang back and try to pop or disable something with pulse lasers.
If Eldar go second, reserve everything and hope your +3 roll on turn 2 thanks to yriel can get everything in. Come in ablazing at 36"
Once its your turn again with whatevers left, shoot with your foot squads and get stuck into close combat with anything possible, DA too! If the serpents are still alive they need to be moving at cruising speed all the time now and annoying things with the TL BL. Ditto to the falcons.
Alternatively the exarchs could take the PW+ss combo instead so the avengers will at least have +5 invuln and a pw for maximum annoyance.
Any thoughts or improvements to this insanity?

Not enough points left to give the serpents all spirit stones or the avengers rides, guess they'll just have to walk! Could drop a scorpion or two to give the serpents spirit stones.
Pretty much the same plan except prince yriel and jain zar are in there own seperate scorpion units.
