IG Defence platforms

I have been looking for the rules of the defence platforms with heavy stubbers but I fail to find them, can someone point them out for me?

i nearly always manage to squeeze 2-3 of them into my guard lists now, they make a fun unit to distract enemy fire and 18 twin linked heavy stubber shots can cause a surprising amount of damage. but from a modelling point of view they are some of the most infuriating models ever. nearly every detailed area of the models has a mould-line running through it, and i've had to resculpt an awful lot of detail. just not enjoyable models to make.

ouch... some of those rules and prices are SO rubbish! can we have Matt ward writing these please? that way they might be worth it!
