This is a 1300 point woodelf army list with now elves just for fun

Interesting list, I like the forest spirit theme, and it does focus on the stronger parts of the WE list.
It will be interesting to see how WE do without their staple line of glade guard, but the trees are strong in combat so you should be ok. You don't really have any magic to speak of, so I'd give serious consideration to the spite that gives you additional dispel dice and maybe the sniper spite too, as people rarely expect that.
