Why two hellcannons?
You do realise you're playing chaos right? One is fun but two is just impractical. I'd take one out and the hounds and replace them with flail maurader horsies.
But as with most lists its more opinion and playstyle so this is just my two cents.

Two is awesome not impractical start on the sides firing and keep hounds in front so it doesn't run away.
