    I would like to say that Amwood has the right of it. Apply his "interpretation" as rigidly as possible and see what kind of shenanigans occur.

    No but they still generate pwr and dsp dice,and can spam there signature spell although no way can they cast there same spell twice... surely not?
    Or is it only dispel?
