So pretty much kan list, boyz behind the kanz and dread big mek in here. Lootas on the flank with sag big mek laying down some cover fire. While the burna boyz race up the table chasing something to turn crispy.

Those Burna Boyz will get nowhere fast foot slogging it. If they are on the flank alone running up they will be dead before they even get to shoot at anything, try to find the points and buy them a trukk, they will get where they need to go much faster, and may even get to shoot at something before they get shot up (5 orks are not hard to kill at range, all you have to do is kill two and chances are the rest will flee).

I would drop the skorcha on the dread for a fourth CCW, make him a CC oriented as possible.

I would also give all 3 Kanz rokkits of Kustom Mega Blasters, for some more anti-armour 13.

Yeah the burnas are in the looted wagon. I like the skorcha on the deffdread to thin out whatever I'm charging. And why the blasta instead of rockits??

Blasta's ap2 will eat through Termi/artificer armour, giving them another roll if there is no armour at range to shoot at.
I get what you're saying about the Skorcha on the Dread.
I personally prefer the speed over the amrour 11, which is why I suggested the trukk.

Personally I think your loota units are just the wrong size. Two small for Mob Rule to help and two big to hope your opponent will just shoot at other targets. I'd either Cut them down to 5-7 and use the spare points on a harassing unit (Koptas, buggies etc) or drop the burnas/looted wagon to bumb them up to 13-15.
