I have something of a dilemma on my hands.
I want to place an order. If I place the order with CCGarmory.com, it will cost me about 80% of what the same order would cost me at TheWarStore.com. I don't really like CCG Armory. I placed a big order with them last year and got burned. From experience, I know The War Store has excellent customer service, so ordering with them is likely going to be less of a hassle. I might even receive all the stuff on my order. But The War Store has a price policy that states that they won't be undersold. I could send neal at the war store an email with the URL and the order details and he'd match their shipped price.
This makes The War Store seem like a no-brainer. So I sent Neal an E-mail on tuesday, and I haven't heard back from him yet. I'm really eager to place my order. I'm not sure which I'd rather do:
1) Order from CCG armory now, knowing that it could be weeks before I see the stuff I want, knowing that there's a chance they won't have it in stock and I'll be issued a refund, and that it could be a headache. But it could just as easily be the case that my first order was a fluke and they aren't so bad.
2) Order from The War Store now. The peace of mind that I would have knowing that my order is in capable hands might be worth a few extra bucks. I'll call it "common courtesy insurance."
3) Pestering Neal by sending him another e-mail.
4) Wait patiently for Neal to respond. If he doesn't, resort to either 1, 2, or 3.
Which option do you think I should go for?
