I think somethings missing thats stopping the models from really standing out. Maybe that could be solved with the basing

Snow and mud would be a good thought. There is a decent tutorial on GW's website for this. It is LOTR miniatures on the example but that really doesn't matter:

All looks cool, i think you need to add more detal onto the rhino and predator, as it just looks like you havent painted it. Maybe you just have to paint the lights

i was going to paint my demolisher but I'm enjoying painting my infantry at the moment so I'm going to finish them first.

Nice work on the snow, i like the fact that it looks like the snow closes to the ground is turning to slush and the top part looks like freshly laid snow

You really, really, really need to put at least a little time in making your photos better. A quick google on "how to take pictures of warhammer" turned up sites like this: http://www.40kforums.com/vb/content....of-miniatures?

But the quick version is this:
- Get some kind of background, simple white paper works fine at the moment.
- Find the macro setting on your camera. It is usually the one with a symbol that looks like a flower. Use it!
- Put the camera down on a surface when taking the picture so that it doesn't shake. Holding it in your hands will, unless it's a good camera, make the pictures blurry no matter how steady you think you are holding it.
- DON'T use flash. Instead make sure that you have good lighting, preferably day light (so being close to a window is a plus), but in a pinch just be close to a lamp.
- Ok, really, try to get some daylight.
- After pictures are imported to your computer, open them in a program such as GIMP (which is free and available here: http://www.gimp.org/ ) and adjust brightness and contrast, usually there is an automatic option. If your pictures look yellowish or blueish due to lighting used when photographing, change the colour balance to more/less yellow/blue. Save.
- Now you're done!

I can see that somewhere in these pictures there are some decent looking models, but at the moment the pictures really are a pain for the eye to look at. Take a few minutes to get better pictures and I am sure that a lot of people will take a few minutes to reply and comment on your models.

The Grenadier standing on a box is an idea I had also, lovely to see it by someone else. What I might do eventually is use the same model standing on a firestep.

Excellent work like. Consider giving the tanks a gentle wash of Graveyard Earth around rivets etc.
