    Well yeah, this entire thread is basically saying the frog is too good, so not exactly making a revalation there. My point is on standard wizards, heavens is really good. If you cannot see the value in making the opponent reroll 6s, rerolling all 1s in a radius, Comet, or Ice Shard, then I guess we are going to have to agree to disagree. I mean Wyssans is good, but not getting hit in the first place is better and Wildform does not do anything to hamper steadfast, nor is it of any consequence in the first two turns. Its casting value kind of requires three dice when using a L2, as well. Miasma and Ice Shard both easily trump it, though it is definately the number three.

    Wyssans is shooting protection in the first few turns. Not as good as it is mid-late game, but not bad. I know there's different casting costs, but I find protecting 1 unit to be better than weakening 1 unit.

    A death slann with supporting ice shards from a few skink priests could be fun to really Ld bomb units.

    Death Slann are horrendous to play against, and they synergise really well with the rest of the list. Very very hard work to play against

    I think the Slann are mostly fine. They're supposed to be either the best or possibly second best (after High Elves) casters in the game and they more or less mandate a block of Temple Guard to protect them. The cost could maybe be tweaked upward a touch (a touch,not virtually doubled) but that's all.

    Provided that they can get close enough and never attempt purple sun.
    (so not worth the missfire)

    They can go for a Purple Sun as long as they're in a unit, but tbh it's not usually the best of of their power dice unless they're staring down a Gutstar.

    Seriously I highly recomend never casting purple sun with a slann.
    It's way more dangerous for our army then the enemy.
