Ok so I just got some forge world hydra's off eBay ( the conversion kits) and I'm trying to assemble them but I have no idea how to go about it! The top section where the turret rests is too far from the sides to sit properly, and the rear extension doesn't line up with the bottom of the chimera chassi leaving a large gap on either side. I need help from some pros!
And let the music of the swords make them crimson!

Isn't the kit designed for the old chimera?
EDIT: Hence why they now only do the complete kits, so they can sell you the right chassis at the same time....

I got one back in the days of the old chimera. No idea if they have updated it for the new hull, but even in the olden days the top was not wide enough (By about 5mm.) and there were problems with the rear bit. The whole thing did not sit well together and required filling with green stuff and plastic card to get it to go together. I think it is (At least for going togetherness.) by far the worst FW kit I have ever had.

id use plastic card to fill the gaps add a little detail and nice top section. would love to get me the FW hydra tho one sweet kit
