Suffer not the unclean to live
Lead us from death to victory, from falsehood to truth. Lead us from despair to hope, from faith to slaughter.
Lead us to His strength and an eternity of war. Let His wrath fill our hearts. Death, war and blood;
in vengeance serve the Emperor
in the name of Dorn!

Fifth picture down on the forum page, the big screaming guy with guns for arms.

About 50 or so pages into this so far, enjoying it so far. The IW come across as suitably brutal and callous and egotistical/paranoid.
I am currently looking to shift a sizeable amount of Chaos Space Marine models, including Dark Vengeance Cultists/Chosen/Helbrute/Lord, Fantasy Chaos Knights, a Dark Apostle, Fantasy (Finecast) Chaos Lord, Warp Talons, Possessed and painted models with Forge World parts. Send me a message if you're interested!
Indeed.
Has a little sample from the forthcoming Black Dragons battles book at the end... which I've resisted dipping into so I don't accidentally spoil this book for myself![]()
ooo fire dragons want want!
At the bit where they're getting him now really.
.. from the Oubliette.....
The Siege of Castellax is up for pre-order now.

What do you want to know??
I'll say one thing. Obliterators are FREAKING TERRIFYING!! I never really paid much attention to them, I liked them but they just seemed superfluous and not very interesting beyond their appearance. But the Obliterator in this story, Merihem is an absolute monster. At one point he single-handedly achieves a 300:1 kill ratio against the Orks, and single-handedly because he also accounted for about 500 janissaries and 200 slaves before and during it. Everything about him, his appearance, his personality, his choice of words, his fighting style is all very memorable and makes the Obliterators seem so much more than just a mutated Techmarine or Havoc. The way his condition was described reminded me of psychopathy, and indeed that is what best describes Merihem. A psychopath to whom the concepts of duty, honour, loyalty, faith; all mean absolutely nothing to him. Plus he has sharp metal teeth and grins a lot.
His first appearance is an amazing scene, the tension as he steps out from his cell and is seen for the first time by many humans, the subsequent reaction and then Merihem's reaction to the reaction is all written so well and in just one scene shows exactly why the Obliterators are a terrifying enemy and an even more terrifying ally.
