When my pre-heresy Iron Hands kill Emperor's Children
Sqallum
Getting my hands on new Black Library stuff.
Reading the background of new codices, and FW books.
Getting new inspiration for a new army, or one that I have.
Creating and painting that army.
Playing a really good game with that army.
as said above, opening a nice multi part plastic kits with plenty of options and positions (ball joints!) to put them in
then, having put this kit together in GW, immediatly put it to use in a game (where it, sadly, will be subjected to new model syndrome, but thats for a different thread)
having my fluff ork list go exactly as I want
finish paintig the very last model in an army
the hope that, one day, GW will have a sale...
is rumored to be an indoctrinated necron slave![]()

Drunken games of bloodbowl
And my latest love, building and painting terrain as I am currently building a board to play on to motivate me to paint more as I can play at home and therefore lose my game dryspell.
*I love the smell of primer in the morning!*
The Battle for Velocio. My ongoing plog.

WOW a positive forum thread
I love the look of a painted army on the table, i could play as ANY army once painted up
I really enjoy the fluff mainly the overall themes rather then specific first person stories.
I enjoy positive communication with other members of the community (sharing the hobby).
Giant Robots btw give me a radiating warm feeling all the way to the farthest cockles of my heart.

When my Necron Overlord dies 5 five times in a single game, but proceeds to get back up all five times, and win the game for me.

These are the names of David's mighty men: Josheb was chief of the Three; he raised his spear against eight hundred men, whom he killed in one encounter.

waiting for that crucial dice roll, and shouting ONNNESS (one's) at the top of my voice, whilst waving my hand like the force....to then see my opponent roll snake eyes#goatsacrifice
Cats are lactose intolerant but kittens are not, they stop producing the lactase enzyme early in their life, humans were the same until 3 separate mutation events in three different locations around the globe allowed us to continue lactase production, as the mutation is dominant that is why we have lactose intolerant individuals today.
Back on topic:
-I like it when your opponent has a plan, and you throw a wrench into it and watch the chaos that ensues.
-When your Hammerhead has sensor spines and you place it on difficult and dangerous terrain or out of reach of combat, like on top of impassable terrain, try and power fist me now!
-Killing Mephestion, doesn't matter how or when, when he dies I'm happy. Preferably when I still have rail gun shots left over.
-Playing a GW game without having the WarmaHordes enthusiasts complaining about 40Ks/GW's game/models/rules etc... (I like both games but sometimes the WarmaHordes players can be so annoying). I know that statement sounds general, but it really applies to my area, not saying it's universal.

Wow, learn something new everyday.
And that's 1,000.
1222. It's a stranglehold. Not an Ogryn neck pinch.
1395. Eldar really hate it when you greet them with "Live long and prosper".
1537. My Rogue Trader does not need to announce his arrival with eight hours of orbital bombardment.
1572. The Navigator has Warp Sight. Not Insane-o-Vision.
1594. Flak armor is not just a muscle shirt with the word "ARMOR" stenciled on it.
Taking out a SM chapter master. I've killed Logan (sang guard and a buttload of shooting) and Marneus (death company and a buttload of Shooting)

The things I remember off the top of my head are when my vostroyan infantry squads had a penchant for killing my buddies Terminators in CC. My friends used to joke about them hiding power weapons under their furry hats. Another fun moment for me was when I was starting to do well with my Mech Guard army about 2 years ago after the new book was released when one of the older guys that played at our shop walked in very directly walked to me and said lets play. I said sure without much thought and then realized as he was unpacking every CSM Havok and heavy weapon he owned and looked at my friends as we all knew he had made a counter list and came only to try and beat me. I proceeded to setup and pretty nicely shoot him off the board by end of turn three. He even won to go first. I know chaos was over priced and not that good at this time but it was still satisfying to beat someone who brought a targeted list to beat me with my standard list which was widely known as it was all I really owned at the time. My final moment of glory was winning my shops league tournament against a ridiculously tough SM Biker only army by having my Guards CCS hold out in melee against his last 2 bikers and won by one objective to one contested for him.

"The Heirs Apparent"
My Firewarriors and their ethereal, Keelah, I swear there is nothing they can't take down, in one 1v1v1v1 game they killed the deceiver, a daemon prince and three tanks.
My hammerhead (which hasn't got a single tank kill in 14 games)
Killing space marines (except vanilla and chaos) Especially Grey Knights
When somethIng utterly logic defying happens, eg, kroot outshoot terminators, or a skimmer successfully rams a tank or when my ethereal beats a grey knight character in melee combat
I really like when the dice go soooooo badly for myself or my opponent that there is moment of denial and confusion before whatever happened sinks in.
Rolling five ones for dangerous terrain on my ork bikers was the best example..... I just stood there and went 'errrrr?' (They were my bikes)
Also the same when things go well. My scorpion exarch killing a ork warboss in one turn! Awesome rolls.....
I am the first Autarch of Khaine. Official, GW said so! I have the proof!
When my Black Templar heroes cut down a particularly menacing foe
On one occasion my Marshal with Terminator Honours, Lightning Claw and Storm Shield charged into combat with 5 Grey Knight Purifiers, they fluffed their attacks and I proceeded to hit with all 5 attacks and woundUnit destroyed!
