    Building an entirely new army in secret and dropping it on somebody's (figuratively, obviously) head for the first time because, well, it's not like they purposely tailor their list to you or anything...

    It's great to finish an army - painting, basing etc. so you are pretty happy with it. Sure, there is always something else you could do to it, but just so it's useable is great. Anything above TT standard is a bonus!

    That one never occurred to me. I can almost imagine how sweet it would be to surprise your WAAC opponent with your brand new just-finished army, and see the shocked look on his face because he had his army specifically tailored to beat your old army....
    Paranoia isn't necessarily a bad thing. If you think they are out to get you, it means you think you matter.
