    Nick's battle reports

Ok, so after much watching of other people's bat reps on youtube, i have decided to start making my own.
The plan is to have a channel where myself and my fellow team mates can post our battle reports, tournament experiences and possibly some painting tips and guides ( although that probably wont be from me as you might be able to tell from my army).

I have started with reports from the southcoast GT that we attended last weekend.
I am just starting out at this, so it is still a tad rough and ready and any feedback is welcome of course.

Good stuff, as I said in the other thread. I will get around to watching game 3 this afternoon as I settle down for some painting time. Besides a few moments where you get muddled about the game (which you acknowledge in the video anyway) they are damn good. Very impressive for your first attempt and I do hope you continue.

One thing I'd like to see in future is more of a focus on what is in army and why. Part of the reason for watching the reports is to try and understand how someone else thinks, which comes through in-game, but also through list-construction. What's more, by allowing the viewer to understand your methods, I feel that it makes them want to watch more of your videos so that they can get more of your perspective. (Which is why battle reports with net-lists tend to be uninteresting)

    Thanks for the feedback.
there will be more blurb about my army selection etc in the preview video for the tournament i am attending next weekend.
These reports for the scgt were never really planned, hence the lack of notes or preview vid really. very much a spur of the moment thing.
All comments are being taken on board and being implemented asap.

I really enjoyed the videos - I watched through them all straight.

I think the pace can be sped up a bit, something like a prep note before recording? I guess this was a spur of the moment thing and for a first battle rep, they're excellent and very enjoyable.

I'm thinking of trying to do some bat rep myself. What software do you use to do the voiceover the photos?
