I have all the models, plus a retribution, a another Dauntless, a couple of other cruisers and a fair few extra escorts that I could use instead, mind you I'm not sure I'll ever get a game :P .

Nice, swap that goth for a Dom tho and you will have a great ship to run with your apoc and fill that last 10 PTS.

Dauntless and other CL work best in pairs or threes. A single probably won't have much impact. Trade it and the two escorts for a second gothic. Please don't bother with a solar admiral. You really only need the 50 point one and maybe 2 rerolls. That will save you 100 points which would let you rework your fleet from the dauntless down.

So perhaps drop the Swords, the solar admiral becomes an admiral and Dauntless becomes a dictator?
