1850 Grey Knights for tourney

I'm attending a tourney soon, and Haven't played my GK's for awile. I've played vanilla Marines the last few months.
I probally won't have a chance of winning this one, but I'd like to make a good chance getting in the top few spots.
Here's the army:

150 Crowe

175 6 Purifiers: 2 Psycannon, 3 Halbers, Hammer
50 Razorback: Psybolt Ammo

you lack some more cc power unless you doublecharge units.
i'd take a 10men strong purifierunit in a rhino
don't forget to hide crowe because he can't join a unit or you buy a second 10men 4 psycannon unit with razorback : they walk and crowe takes the ride

yeah, forgot to mention the Psybolt on the Dreads, but they do have it.

Steevn: I always tought GK's are more a shooty army, and a combat army second??

Should I keep the 6th squad or put those points somewhere else?

yes you are correct don't use your expensive greyknights for head first charges, you keep your distance and shoot the living hell out of your opponent's army and then you throw your guys in.
at some point you will get in combat and in my experience the small squads on their own don't get the job done, in most cases your hammerguy will be dead before he haves a swing at the enemy

Right, I caluclated some points wrong, so 5 squads instead of 6. This leaves me with 170pts left, where should I spend them?

You could start with a Vindicare. That will leave you with 25pts to spend, but I don't know on what.

was thinking about the vindicare, maybe make the Daemon Hammers MC with the remaining points? Or I could give Dozer Blades/Searchlights??

the vindicare is nice, i'd go for some extra searchlights first and then mc the hammer
you can also drop a purifier and add a grenade OXI

has anyone tought of making the Razorbacks LasPlas with the extra points? is it worth it or not?

If you give the psybacks anything, go TL assualt cannon. STr7 rending is pretty sick.

Why can't Crowe join a unit? Or should he just not because of his silly rules?

he is not a independent character => no joining a unit

but you've got alot of S7 Rending shots already with the Psycannons.
I was thinking LasPlas for the higher S and range.
Also, it seems like my opponents target the Psyfledreads first. making the Razbacks higher S and Range gives them more choices what to shoot at.
