Great conversions (both obvious and subtle) are everywhere! Sometimes a 'simple' headswap is all a model needs to look 100% better and you make this stuff look easy![]()
While I generally don't like VC all that much (it's not the models, they tend to kill way too much of my Stirlanders) you can consider me subscribed!
Check out my Mordheim scenery! NOW! I mean... Please... Only if you want to of course...![]()

Cheers everyone, havent been on here for a while.. sorry about that, too much stuff in my everyday life taking up all my time, and the recent release of Diablo might also have had something to do with it
but rest assured, dispite my absence the minions of undeath does not rest!
so to make sure something happened on the hobby front i went and grabbed a seat at in the hobby corner
and.... it just so happens that i got some stuff today
and after some initial work..
i present to thee, (still to be greenstuffed in the head) the Death Jester
just a ploy char, but still, pretty nifty xD
also had a last minute change of mind for my krell
I'll try to update more, hopefully some orders will arrive this week or the coming, either way its nerdvania here atm!
until next time!

Very nice conversion work. The Krell is a winner in my book.
Fantasy log of...Stuff: Vampire Counts, Warriors of Chaos, Southlands Ogres, Cryx plus whatever else tickles my fancy.
The krell is great, where did you find his big one handed sword if I may ask?
Old school Black Templar horde, ruined temple Blood Angels, and art scale Space Wolves!

The Krell is amazing! Nice plog![]()
cheers people, and Constant: the broadsword is from the zombie dragon kit, held as an optional arm by the blood dragon rider
got more bits today! booyaah xD time to get some work done!

Great converting going on here. Whenever I see a good metal/plastic combination I have to appreciate the patience it takes- especially carving away that jester's face.
You've done the Varghulf justice too- if the original model had looked like that I probably would have picked one up. Nice work.
cheers Deke, its such a easy kitbash, and feels alot more batty so to speak :P
either way. Grim Reaper anyone?
this gruesome figure will soon be levitating on a base,
tried to make the mixmatching bits fit as well as i could in order to make the greenstuffing less of a pain
and im sure people remember the freak, i mean, how could someone forget such a pretty face..
either way, he's had a few upgrades.. and now he will fit right into anybodys nightmares xD

Nice improvement!! The legs almost made him look normal![]()
Oh man... That arachnarok giant is amazing... Makes me think of John Carpenter's The Thing
In victory, thy glory on earth
In death, thy glory in heaven
Arise, therefore, Warrior!
With thy Soul ready to fight!
Awesome stuff! I really like you kitbashing skills! From the Vargulf to the upgraded giant freak, very inspirational and creative conversions. To me, VC have never look this interesting! The floating hooded reaper looks promising and the Updated Krell looks way better than the OTT original.
Keep it up!

Fantastic kit-bashing, particularly the reaper and the skinny jester![]()

Nothing to add, really. Great kitbashing, and I hope we see some painting on these fleshless people soon.
Minor suggestion for the giant-freak: Could you replace one of the spiderlegs with a twisted version of his original leg? This would continue the bio-surgical madness that characterizes his upper body. The lower half is a bit too regular and, frankly, quite boring.
Great looking BSB , very nice conversion
small creature-feature updateerv:
ive finally managed to glue most of my army into some resemblance of a fighting force, only some torsos for hexwraiths and black knights left, aswell as another 20 of my 28 grave guards
also had to try and make some more strigoi vamps
atleast the bone went well in the end, but that pose and his original weapon going all the way against the arm was a pain, im glad thats over
also i did a nice strigoi ghoul king, im surpriced i havent seen anyone else using this solution.
the pose also goes really well in a crypt ghoul regiment, really standing out
and lastly a bit of a brainfart, had to do someting hideous!
i present the first FAT'UN
the model looks kinda ok after all the scales were filed down and that nose was cut off.
also gave him a huge bone instead of that fishhook he had.
the big nose and nostrils on the models are really ugly but after they went down a bit it really looks alot better.
perhaps to be used as a charming (fat) love-fairy?
or a vargheist

having a break in the slow grind of painting everything, and fixed some necromancers while at it.
posing here with a updated and more fitting kemmler

been ill for the past two weeks or so, but in my feverous sleep it came to me, the degenerated necromancer, the half-ghoul, the creeper!
also here are a few better shots from another maniac of a necromancer that i posted a while back
aswell as a personal favorite, so simple yet so appealing, just filed down that candle-lit skull and it became a win win
but hey!.. whats that there... looks like a "masterblaster" lookalike or soon to be anyway
that new gobbo shaman looks alot better without his nose tbh and more like a ghoul
this thread is seriously lacking painted stuff, but ill have to suit myself for not showing off stuff half made, just rest assured that stuff are being done
cheers, from the chill of sweden![]()
amazing! incredibly inventive![]()
