Help in identifying odd chaos shoulder pads

I have some very weird shoulder pads on random chaos marines I picked up a while ago. I tried to take a picture but cannot seem to get one good enough that you can tell what it is.

Anyhow, it's a fish with big teeth. Tail on the bottom and then curls up counter clockwise so that the mouth is opened to the left if you were looking at it. NO CLUE what this is and any help would be awesome!

Top right, Thousand Sons shoulder pad?

Those were released around the time of the second edition Codex: Chaos, packed randomly in blisters (although back then you could mail order individual bits). I think some of them you can still get in packs from the GW site, but not the Thousand Sons fish.

LOL yeah that's the only one of those Legion Specific pads that you can't get anymore, because GW resculpted them for the current box of Thousand Sons.

I just bought a TON of the old pads at Adepticon and that's the only one I never see there when I look for them every year..
