I hope stormtroopers led by yarrick in a chimera is a typo. Use your extra 50 points and drop whatever plasma pistols you can to get those ogryns back!!

Ogryns are only good if you plan on having a cc dedicated list, works well with rough riders. As its an infantry list, and its guard, you need some ap3, even if it is str 3, plus the variety of special rules allow him to get his stormtroopers where he needs to.
Ogruns out of support range, or as the only assault element are as useful as possessed in a havok heavy list :P

Blood angels: wins:2 draws:0 losses:1.

With the last 50 points I could use 15 points to issue one of the stormtroopers a plasma gun?
Give them grenade launchers, or give them melta guns, too many plasma in your list now.

A diverse army consisting of different units performing specific roles is not a bad thing. You will often find yourself with the enemy at your front lines with no way of mopping them up efficiently.
Now while ogryns may not be the most cost effective choice to perform this role is another story. Simply swapping them out for an equally mediocre unit and attaching Yarrick to them is an absurd choice.
You don't 'need' Ap3 to solve the problem. Saturation of wounds will almost always perform better in this edition with the prevalance of cover saves. My recommendation is drop the storm troopers and yarrick and take some more high strength weaponry such as griffons and/or hydras to lay on the wounds.

I would have to group the Lemans up if I was to take some griffons or Hydras.
Those are just an example of something you could incorporate.
At 2500pts its difficult to add new things as you have the FOC maxed out except for 1 troop choice. Still I believe it would be worthwhile to drop Yarrick and add another veteran squad in Chimera at the least. Yarrick doesn't add value to your mechanized list as his LD 10 stubborn aura has no impact on vehicles. Furthermore, while he is pretty bad-ass being eternal warrior and all, he 'effectively' only has a 3+ We'll Be Back being pretty easy to snuff out in combat. Since there should be some points saved by replacing him in favour of more veterans, if you are inclined to take the stormtroopers they would benefit from 2 plasma guns. Although, a second Company Command with 4 plasmas is cheaper and probably better at killing MEQs.

Quite a few options. Difficult to know which is the better route to go down.
Right so we have
1. Taking the Strom troopers with Yarrick, give the storm troopers a plasma or grenade laucher
2. Taking Yarrick with 5 orgrns
3. making a 2nd command squad either with melta's or Plasma's in a chimera and another Veteran team led by Lord commissnor
Anymore for anymore?
SO this is how it would look taking out Yarrick and the Strom troopers and exchanging them for a 2nd HQ with 4 plasmas and another Veterans led by a lord commissionor with 3 grenade lauchers + auto cannon in a chimera. making it 2410 points so now what to do with 90 points

Since you have the core of the list intact you can spend the remaining points on upgrades.
Heavy stubbers on all chimeras is my suggestions. Thats another 24 shots at 36".
That would make it exactly 2500 points
The list itself looks fairly solid.
You can't have 3 HQs ( 2 x CCS and the lord commissar)
Magnetise ALL you vehicles. In particular, all those heavy stubbers are not going to be wanted half the time.
Plasma pistols on your sergeants... I don't like them. I find they have a nasty habit of overheating and killing your sergeant, which then makes it harder to keep the squad in place, or gets orders off. In particular, on the melta units which will mainly be heavy armour hunting, you're not getting much benefit for you points. On the 3W officers, in plasma squads, they're a better bet...
Losing the Lord Comm., plasma pistols, and an auto-cannon would let you take a pair of hydras. this would make your HS: 2 x hydra, 2 x russ, manticore
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
All of that lot gives you a fairly flexible force, which you can use to run lots of different styles of smaller points lists.

OneringBook to rule them all, oneringplace to find them, OneringCodex to bring them all, and in theDarknessfuture bind them. Time for the unified Marine Codex.

Yeah, commissar attatchments.
The squad upgrade kind.

It's so commonly done, it is almost the official model!
