    So idea is terms with the priest and Libya go in one storm raven, the death company and Chaplin go in the other, assault squads combat squad when they come in 2meltas in one half fist in the other. Other liby and sang priest go in one of the fist assault squads so the liby can fear or lance someone. So what do you guys think

    Sir I congratulate you on making a Blood Angel list that doesn't make me want to puke from razor spam or Mephiston. I like the list, you might need to shave off 15 points but other than that it looks like a perfectly balanced Blood Angel list to me. Beware of armies that get to go first though, you could be in for a bad day if they can take out the Stormravens.

    I'd find the points for lemartes, instead of the chappy, and at least a powerfist for death company too. Otherwise looks very cool. This list could do reasonably well reserved, if you had to.

    Personally, I'd drop the jump pack libby, to get the points to spiff up death company and acquire lemartes.

    Good List. I would highly reccomend at sniper team to hold near objectives... I think 20 scoring marines, even with fnp is a bit light at 2k.

    Find room by dumping a libby. Cloak sniper team with a missle = 100pts.

    Hay guys cheers for the advice glad we are all thinking along the same lines carnt disagree with anything you guys have said there all things I have tried to put in the list. I settled on the liby because I though fear of the darkness has great potential to shift really powerfully units of the table like guard blobs, paladins, well anythink hard to kill really but how do you guys find that power, there's not a lot of talk about it but seems realy good to me. Thanks

    It looks like a fun list. I'd run 2 ravens if I could afford a second one.

    I'm a little confused as to where each model goes. Let me check if I'm right: I assume Chaplain and DC in one Stormraven with DC Dread. 2nd DC dread must be in other raven, maybe with termies and sang-priest on foot and libby on foot. Priest and libby with JPs go one each in assault squads, who are kept together to get the bubbles? Interesting, I'd like to see how it does. I concur with needing a fist on DC, as without one by far the easiest way to deal with DC is to stick a walker in combat with them. If they are using grenades to hit, they aren't using any of their abilities and so become a complete waste of points.

    I think you may be able to strip the extra armour from the ravens. Threads I've read (and agree with) say ravens are there purely to unload their passengers, so either keep them out of sight or in reserve 1st turn, then either power them straight into the enemy or into cover/out of sight in their 1st movement phase then into charge range the next turn. Moving over 12" (is it 12" or 18" for flat-out?) gives you a 4+ cover save, as as long as you go flat out 1st turn, doesn't matter too much if you get shot down as your cargo is close as damnnit to where you want it anyway. Just don't get shot in your deployment zone...

    You got the begining of a nasty list here.
    I'd make it 5 dc with jump packs and a thunderhammer, remove chaplain add lemartes, remove the extra armour off both and slap some hurricane bolters on the dc stormraven. This means you can move flatout and pop a transport in the rear with PoTMS and bolter the occupants.
    Substitute 1 assault squad for a tac for your home objective and make the DCDN a DNRM or with PC ML, maybe even put him in a pod and send him up front to keep things from moving forward.
    Did you say that the sang priest and libby were accompanying an assault squad? IF so give the sergent a powersword and put him in combat squad with the priest( PW at ini 5) put libby with blood lance with the 2 meltas and you got 3 nasty tankshots.
    not 100% sure what you were planing on doing with 2nd libby or priest but putting priest with your tac squad not a bad spot.
    splitting it into combat squads with a ML PC or LC and give sergent a pw and get a P-gun if you can afford it. Put em both in abuilding so both units get FnP against most fire and lets 6 models attack on the charge with ini str 5, leaving the heavy weapon free to fire.

    Death company on foot is always a two edge sword and Lemartes is too awesome not to take. You do know that hes not a IC so he cannot be targeted by most means and he gets to reroll his hits and wounding not just hits. Dont take DC without him, ergo never take dc without jumppacks. If you take anything from my rambling take that.

The liby on foot and the priest on foot go in the stormraven with the assult terms. the reason i left the jump pack liby in the 5 man assult squad was to give me more targets plus to make use of his fear ability should a situation present its self. I think i do need to shave points for a fist for death company ill have a look into it thanks again guys.

    if you can shave off points for a fist you can shave off the xtra 5 for a hammer for 2 reasons.
    1. The thunderhammer deathcompany model in the battleforce is hawt.
    2. after you hit something with a thunderhammer its init 1 or stunned for vehicles.
