I know I said it would be 'the first supplement for 6th' ... but I wasn't expecting it quite this fast.

I'm a little surprised that it's a 40k supplement and not a third AI book, but I'll take it. The new plane looks good, and flyer rules have changed a lot over the years so it will be awesome to have all the flyer rules in one place and fully compliant with 6th edition.

i know, im a little disapointed my own self about the AI i enjoyed that game. but forge world currently have 30 aircraft for 40k range including the vulture and valkyrie and excluding skimmers that can fly for a turn. so at least 10 new FW flyers to come at some point as one above.

as for your new book give me a release date, take my money and be gone with you...

However im a BA player so the storm eagle or the assault ram wernt avalible, will have to see what i can use in there, otherwise i give this book a skip. would like to see new new storm raven variants for us BA players

Pre-orders are up on Game Maniacs for us Swedes. Saves us a fair bit of money too.
But they don't have much info if that's what you're after.

i dont think flyer only missions will work with the new ed. supersonic rule and flat out cover most of the table these rules were designed with 6th in mind. also most weapons are very long range. missile launcher 48" for example. how is a dog fight supposed to work on a 6x4? with out seen the new rules i really dont see flyer only missions being plausible. will read the new book when it arrives. still no word on release date?

just came home from my football watching experience .. and right when i fired up my pc to check for pre orders they were up
One Collectors edition gone to me ... cant wait till next saturday to get my hands on it !!!
