    A few Dark Eldar critters

    Well, a little while ago, I got to paint some Beasts for the Dark Eldar, and I thought I would share them here with you all:

    Can you not see the pics? They're showing up fine on my computer.

    Anyway, my client decided to add something to this unit, so here is another beast. The green is by request (it is easier to tell the different clawed fiends from one another).

    wow, nice job, those kymera miniatures are evil, may i ask your method for their bodies?

    Love the wet gory look on the kymeras! Your bases are nice too. Could you share the recipe?

    The Kymeras were painted starting with a bright red and higlighted using pink flesh tones. With that highlighting, the minis get to be very pink.

    After dullcoating the minis, I went back over the muscle with Tamaya Clear Red- a wonderfully bloody clear glossy paint.

    Sorry, I've been a bit absent lately,but I can see the pictures perfectly now. I'm not sure what was wrong before. They are certainly looking good.
