Good battle report, however, some comments on the army list.

-Why in God's green earth would you put dual bright lances on 3 war walkers? Even before I knew you were playing horde orks I questioned that. Take scatter lasers.
-Fire dragons, if your exarch is going to have a DBF, take crack shot. He won't always be in range to shoot a doomed target, so re-rolls on wounding are always nice.
-replace the warlocks with harlequins. If you are going with a foot list, 4 warlocks just die way too quickly. Harlequins can't be targeted from long range. (use the points saved from upgrading the war walkers to scatter lasers to beef up the unit)
-Take the chin shuriken cannon on the wave serpents. 10 points for some extra S6? It's a pretty good deal, and you have to really be shaving points not to take it.

Hey guys thanx for the feedback comments, these reports can take a long time to make and constructive feedback like this keeps me motivated to produce more.

In answer to most of your questions, I was the Ork player and I usually run a mech list with three battlewagons and loads of trukks, my opponent tailored his force in anticipation of this hence the lance armed walkers and dragons with 'tank hunter' instead of crack shot

We are going to replay this battle next month, what changes would you advise both forces to make to their army lists? In my next game my opponent wants to run an 1850 Mech list with lost of Avengers, I was thinking of running an Dred Bash list cos i like the models and want to get a chance to use them, but I'm pretty sure I'll get out maneuvered, what do you think?

I liked this. It actually gives a really clear view of what's going on.
