Strongest/toughtest model for its size?

The problem with my question is that 'str' and 'toughness' are stats
What I have noticed is that tougher models are usually bigger. A Dreadnought is bigger than a Terminator which is bigger than a normal Marine.
But skill/magic/technology should make a soldier relatively tougher for its size. The Tau weaponry tends to be better than Imperial weaponry.

So, which model is toughest relative to its size. Or, better way of asking, what's the 'toughest' model that relatively small?

Yeah, that seems to be a real leader right now. Lacking invul and super-duper shooting, but it's way up there.

S5 (with power fists, force weapons, etc available), T6, Exo-Armor (so terminator equivalent) and psychic powers that make him tougher. And they're smaller than a marine.

Old metal tomb spyder, an mc with shooting, tough, good save, can nullifiy psy powers(now they can) repair vehicles and shoot plus small enough to get cover in most cases and strong enough to kill a Titan. Oh they can also boost the numbers in an other unit all for dirt cheap(<100pts).

Archon with shadow field. One of the few models that can stare down a tau gunline and escape free of injury.

What is the strongest/toughest 'man-sized' character that is allowed to take a shadow field?
