Hi,
That's a fast and shooty list for sure!!
You could drop 4 immortals off the 6 men squads to buy a scarab squad, could lower some tough nuts to help your tesla destructors.
As you are not using courts, destroyer lords could be an interesting option to fast tank busters.

I tried fitting a court and because I wanted at least 8 nightscythes it didn't work and then I saw can carry jetbikes and iwas like flying ninga tankbustas for the win. The only problem with scarabs is all anti horde guns will make them target priority as with anything that can't hurt the nightscythes.

I don't mean to be negative towards you I just don't know if scarabs will be useful.

Looks like a really fun list, but at the same time it will be very fragile. AV11 means pretty much everything but bolter will be hurting your Scythes. Since they only have a 24in weapon they will have to be up close to lay down the hurt, putting them in range of nearly all your opponents firepower.

If your looking to run the competitively I'd suggest dropping a Destroyer Lord and one other Nightscythe+squad so you can get the Storm Lord. Around 3-4 turns of night fight should generally ensure that your scythes will be able to do their job.

If your not looking at competitive play then I think it's good as is.
