    Crazy idea. need opinions.

Okay, so i dont even know if this works, which is mostly why im posting it, but here goes:
Jack1 has Supperiority cast on it, but doesnt activate yet.
    Jack2 activates and 2h throws jack1.
Jack1 isnt knocked down, and gets up and goes from there.

    Is that even remotely okay?

read the rules for throws. If you are thrown and cannot be knocked down you must still sacrifice your movement or your action if you activate in the same turn. You can do it with Gators, they have an animus (rise) and they can use it while knocked down. You can throw a wrastler, have it activate, cast itss animus and use that to stand up then charge and attack normally. If you have a spell like Jump start (jump start doesn't work because it won't work on models knocked down that turn but a spell or ability that lets you stand up) you can do it as long as you were not unable to be knocked down when you were thrown.

i've actually used this with high paladin darton vilmon (while in his impervios wall stance) getting double handed thrown by a castigator jack. darton can go sailing 6" thru the air, impact a warcaster knocking them down while he himself is unharmed and not knocked down

Except Jump Start specifically says it doesn't work on them in this situation.

    From the rulebook:
A knocked down model can stand up at the start of its next activation unless it was knocked down during its controller’s turn; in that case it cannot stand up until its controller’s next turn even if it has not yet activated this turn.

This was very common in mark one with Khador & the flying Drakon being able to get first turn charges. The only army that can currently do the above friendly throw/slam for extra threat range are the Gators thanks to the Wrastlers animus.

It doesn't matter how the model got knocked down because the loss of activation is part of the Knockdown rule.

Irusk2's feat can get models to stand up also.

Slams have the same wording as throws. In that if you are slammed and cannot be knocked down you must sacrifice your movement or activation if you activate in the same turn. Anything else that knocks you down does not force you to sacrifice anything if you cannot be knocked down unless it says it in the rules of that ability.

The only thing this works with is the gatormen warbeast. I forget the name. But it has a rule which specifically allows this sort of thing.
Heres a bloody sig for you!

It doesn't. It just has a rule that doesn't specifically disallow it.
