Very good job. I especially like the stelthsuit. Your highlight is very dramatic but personally I prefer it that way. The drone controller on the Tau model is very very nice. What I suggest is to skip the eyes on Fire Warriors. I never painted eyes on mine. Of course I never paint eyes on anything but on Fire Warriors they are much less needed than say... a Guardsman. Do you use Gloss Varnish on SM?

I never really liked the ultra marine blue it looked to plane for me and back about 6 years ago before I put my space marines away for a few years gw had links so I used the blue ink to make the blue pop a little more but since they done make them anymore I found Vallejo inks work just as well and add a semi gloss the the armor which is why it looks glossy but it worse in the picture then it actually is

I also added a antena to the bottom of the sargents pulse rifle to act as a under mount marker light if i choose to take one in battle

I like some of the details you've added to the marines like the blue glow inside the melta barrel. A different take on the usual melta appearance.
Also - the power sword on your marine (in third pic) has a rather cool effect at the moment at the base, where the brown smudges look like reflections of the hilt on a shiny mirror finish blade. From looking at the other pics I gather the blade is not done yet (or you've elected to keep it all grey), but that particular pic makes it look very cool.
