If price wasn't a factor, which range of paint would you choose?

So, I'm about to start a new wood elves army and I've been doing a bit of research on the different ranges of paints that exist. I have a lot of the old GW paints and I've been working with them mostly for the last 3-5 years because as a kid I didn't have access to any other range. The release of the new GW paints together with the prospect of starting a new army gave me the chance to start from scratch as If I didn't have any of the GW colors. I believe that my painting sk9ills at this point are very good and before I buy anything I would really like to have your opinions on what is the best option for paints when money and the pot design aren't taken into account. I'm particularly interested on coat d'arms, vallejo model color range, reaper master paints, P3 and of course the new gw paints.
For those of you that will state that it's a matter of preferance take into account that I've only ever used GW paints. I'll test all those options at some point but, which do you prefer and why? Some ratings from 1 to 10 for them would be much approciated.

I can't really rate them as such, especially not on a 1-10 scale, but if you like the old GW-ranges, Coat d'Arms still exists, and their paints are available from a variety of internet retailers.

They are all good, just a bit different in certain cases. I ALWAYS suggest people getting a few colours from each range and just experiment what they feel comfortable with. No range of paints is superior to any other, it's all about what you like using.

Real happy with vallejos model line. Combine with gw washes. And don't forget to shake those bottles

Re: If price wasn't a factor, which range of paint would you choose?

I am currently using my old GW ink and washes (fan of Chestnut ink, Devlan Mud, Asurman Blue and Gryphonne Sepia). I am still using GW metallics and a few selected older colors I have multiples of- (bleached bone, fortress grey, shadow grey, bubonic brown, tentacle pink, groblin & scorpion green- a few others). I bought Reaper Master Series first large set- maybe 140 paints. I have slowly been converting to that. Reaper paints need to be thinned less but also, as a result, need some more layers. However, I bought into multiple layers a time ago. I would have went with Vallejo Game Color, but I could not find anyone retailing their complete set at the time. I have been pretty happy with the Reaper Master Series- few paints I have not figured out an application for- example, the transparent paints. However, I have local availability, so it is easy to replace empties. My biggest challenge is always switching paints because I KNOW THE NAMES OF WHAT I WANT AND I DO NOT KNOW THE NEW NAMES FOR WHAT I NEED IN THE NEW RANGE!!!! /minirant

Also- I have all the conversion .pdfs downloaded- when you change an entire paint range, there are almost 0% direct conversions. Just saving the link spammers their own time.

I prefer GW's bases, metallics and washes to any other comparable line. Outside of those, my main motivation when selecting paints is the colour. I've just recently put an order in for some paints which included pots from Vallejo, Coat d'Arms, Army Painter and PP just because each provided paints closest to the colour I wanted. If more than one company does the same colour then I generally go for the best value.

Still a mixture - I would probably try out GW's new range earlier though.
