Dust tactics/warfare has a sort of mecha feel to it since the majority of vehicles for the allies, the axis and the SSU are combat walkers. Though there's alot of infantry as well and some flyers coming into the picture with the release of the SSU.
My friends and I's youtube gaming channel: youtube.com/PoolShedGames.
Adeptus Titanicus could be called a "mecha" game and of course you can play Tomorrow's War with mechs only.
There's also the various editions of Mekton. It's technically an RPG, but it's simple enough to tweak it for use as a miniatures game. Likewise DP9's Jovian Chronicles, or you could usethe Lightning Strike rules.
All of the above are technically out of production, but you can get 'em all on DrivethruRPG.com
DP9 (publishers of HG and GK) also publish a 'mecha in space' game called Lightning Strike. West Wind publishes a skirmish scale WWW2 game called Secrets of the Third Reich that included some mecha.
I also have several other OOP mecha games buried in my gaming closet.

Mech Attack is a recent light ruleset I hear mentioned now and then. I just read a battle report for that game so it was fresh in my mind.
Author of the Dinosaur Cowboys skirmish game.
Jovian chronicles uses the same size mecha as Heavy gear blitz (NOT the same scale. The little mechs are the same size) also.
I picked up a batch of old JC mecha and weapon bits at a games con for use with HGB.

And yet, with strange aeons, even death may die.
I am the guy who thought the LoTR movies were crap and liked Judge Dredd.

Mobile Frame Zero seems to get a lot of good noise. It's a pretty simple game, judging by the initial draft, and is intended to use Lego. Nothing stopping you using anything else you'd want to, though.
The Collect Call of the Cthulhu
Damien 1427's Broad Collection of Tat - My attempt at actually painting things.
Just seems a little confusing that there are so few games for one genre.
Mecha Doom for larger games, I guess roughly company sized games ad as one of the guys who's playtested and knows the author I quite like it:

Been playing since 1991, so if I get the editions all mixed up, please been kind on me - my brain can't keep up!
