    Question about gluing insulation foam

So, I'm starting a scratch-build Night/Doom Scythe, and I am looking to pick up some pink insulation foam from my local Home Depot. My question is, will any other adhesive than PVA work to mount it? I'm a little leary of trying super glue or plastic glue to mount it to the plasticard frame I've built.

    Thanks in advance.

Don't superglue any kind of foam; it'll disintegrate it. Also, plastic glue only tends to work on plastic/plastic joins. I would suggest Elmer's Glue-All, or equivalent PVA. It's really the best stuff for the job.

Aleene's Tacky Glue works really well, and Michaels sells a glue called Hold the Foam. I've used it on a couple of my terrain builds and it works great.

Thanks for the info. I figure PVA was the way to go, but I always like to have options.

Liquid Nails is the glue you are looking for.

Liquid nails and/or 'no more nails' work fine for bonding it. Faster than pva and no less effective. If you get the fast LN, then 5 minutes and all is good to go.
